The very plush Canadian resort where Prince Harry and his bride, Meghan Markle will spend their honeymoon has been revealed.

Newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly set to spend part of their honeymoon in a lavish Canadian resort.

The loved-up duo tied the knot earlier this month in a do watched by millions around the globe.

But they've had to fulfil a number of Royal engagements before jetting off for their honeymoon.

And one place they're said to be checking into is the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Alberta.

Here they are said to be set for a 6,000sq ft outlook cabin at the UNESCO World Heritage site.

Watched by British and Canadian security, the pair can indulge in golf, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding and mountain biking.

According to TMZ, they will stay at the 700 acre resort next to the Lac Beauvert lake.

It lies in the park with elk, moose, wolves and bears making up its impressive range of wildlife.

The £2,000-a-night lodge comes with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a terrace and barbecue and conservatory.

It hosted the Queen and Prince Philip in 2005 as well as the Queen Mother, who visited in 1939.

Pictures capture its stunning, wooden interior surrounded by idyllic mountains and lakes.

On its website, it says: "Supreme comfort is present in every detail of the comfortable bedrooms, enclosed verandas and two majestic stone fireplaces that warms both the dining room and great room - the perfect place to entertain family & friends or celebrate a special occasion."

Previous reports suggested the duo may stay in Namibia, but Kensington Palace is yet to confirm their hotspot.
